My Solutionz Ltd ("My Solutionz", "we", "us") is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. We are a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15677749, with our registered office at Unit A53, 4–6 Greatorex Street, London E1 5NF.

The information we collect
- When you send an enquiry or ask for a quote: your name, company, email address and phone number, your sector, the support you need, any tender deadline and preferred call-back time, your message, and whether you would like our email updates.
- When you email or call us: your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us.
- When you become a client: the information we need to do the work, such as tender documents, policies, evidence and details of the people involved that you share with us.
- When you visit the website: our hosting provider's servers record technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to keep the site running and secure. To stop abuse of the contact form, we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for one hour.
- Analytics: only if we use them and only as described in our cookie policy.
Please don't include health information or other sensitive details about individuals in an enquiry. If a project needs that kind of information, we will agree how to handle it with you first.

Every marketing email includes a simple way to unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Our service providers, who process it on our instructions and under contract: website hosting ([[PENDING: hosting provider]]), email ([[PENDING: email and SMTP provider]]) and, if we use them, the analytics providers named in our cookie policy.
- Professional advisers such as our accountants and lawyers, who are bound by confidentiality.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
International transfers
Some of our providers may store or access data outside the UK. When they do, we make sure it is protected by UK adequacy regulations (including the UK–US data bridge) or by the ICO's International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it

Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct anything inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your data;
- ask us to restrict how we use it;
- object to how we use it, including at any time to direct marketing;
- ask us to send your data to you or another organisation in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent wherever we rely on it.
To use any of these rights, email info@mysolutionz.co.uk. There is usually no fee. We will reply within one month, or tell you within that month if a complex request needs up to two more.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, email info@mysolutionz.co.uk with "Data protection complaint" in the subject line. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, look into it and tell you the outcome without undue delay.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
Do you have to give us your details?
No. But we need a way to contact you to answer an enquiry, and we need some information about your organisation to deliver our services.
Automated decisions
We don't make decisions about you based only on automated processing, and we don't profile you.
