Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, voice control, magnification or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have done
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a clearly visible focus indicator.
- Text and controls meet the WCAG contrast requirements.
- Pages use headings, landmarks and labelled navigation, so they make sense to screen readers.
- Images have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- You can zoom to 400% and the content reflows into a single column without scrolling sideways.
- All content is in the page itself and readable without JavaScript.
- If you turn on "reduce motion" in your device settings, animations are switched off and every word stays visible. Moving text strips have a pause button.
- If you turn on "reduce transparency", frosted glass panels become solid.
- Form fields have visible labels, clear error messages that are announced, and no time limits.
- Buttons and links are at least 44 by 44 pixels on touch screens.
How accessible this website is
We believe the website meets most of the WCAG 2.2 AA success criteria. The limitations we know about are listed below, and we are working to fix them.
Known limitations
- We have not yet completed a full audit with screen readers and other assistive technology. [[PENDING: assistive technology audit]]
- Links to other websites, such as Google Maps, LinkedIn and government tender portals, take you to sites we don't control.
- Documents we prepare for clients, such as tender drafts in Word or PDF, may not all be fully accessible. Ask us and we will provide another format.
Tell us about a problem
If you find something on this website hard to use, or you need information in a different format, please email info@mysolutionz.co.uk or call +44 7466 063564. Tell us the page address and what the problem is. We aim to reply within 5 working days. [[PENDING: confirm]]
If you are not happy with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
Technical information
The website is built with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Every page is generated on the server, so its content works with assistive technology even if JavaScript does not load.
How we prepared this statement
This statement was prepared on 18 October 2026. It is based on testing by the website developer: automated checks, keyboard-only use, reduced-motion settings and screen widths from 360 to 1440 pixels. We will review it at least once a year, next by October 2027.
